NAME OF ASSOCIATION
The name of the corporation is EDGEWOOD TOWNEHOUSE ASSOCIATION
hereinafter referred to as the"Association". The principal office of the corporation shall
be located at:
95 Westbrook Way
P.O. Box 5424
Eugene, Oregon 97405
Meetings of the members and the Directors shall be held at 95 Westbrook Way.
ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS
SECTION 1: "Association" shall mean and refer to Edgewood Townehouse Association,
its successors and assignees.
SECTION 2: "Properties" shall mean and refer to that certain property described in the
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and such additions thereto as
may hereafter be brought within the jurisdiction of the association.
