ABOUT US
Edgewood Townhouse Association is a privately owned community within the city of Eugene. It was developed in the early 1970's as a Planned Urban Development with 90 single- and two-story townhouses and a variety of floor plans, dispersed over 12 landscaped acres with Brae Burn Creek meandering through the grounds. Every home features a 2-car garage, fireplace, and private patio. We are ideally located in the beautiful south hills of Eugene close to shopping, schools, public transportation and trails.
Members enjoy a shared clubhouse where they and their guests can gather to enjoy time around the stone fireplace, host a party, organize a gathering to watch a movie or play games, or take or teach a class. Also, for the exclusive use of homeowners and their guests, is our seasonal outdoor pool, open for approximately 100 days each summer.
Edgewood Townhouse Association is governed by an all-volunteer board comprised of members of the HOA community and employs one part-time director. The board represents and collaborates with the community of homeowners to set policy to preserve, restore, and maintain the property and its value. We strive to keep the community a safe, appealing and comfortable place members are proud to call home.
The HOA yearly assessments, (billed monthly) are used to pay for the upkeep of HOA common property (for example, roadways, paths, pool and landscape) and exteriors of privately owned homes. These funds also pay for insurance and professional and technical services that benefit the whole.
Our community is a diverse collection of folks who share a few things in common: desire for a good return on their investment, a desire to enjoy life free of the hassles of owning a single family home, and an appreciation for their neighbors and share community property.
